biography, diary

The martyr “Ali Akbar Khavand”, son of Hassan, was born on the first of Farvardin 1344 in the village of Tefal Kooh in the city of Ferdows in a tent-dwelling family.

From an early age, he became acquainted with the desert and worked as a rancher with his father. Ali Akbar was deprived of the blessings of science and education due to his remoteness from the city, and worked as a tractor driver as a teenager. Ali Akbar’s adolescence coincided with the fall of the Pahlavi regime, and he also attended religious ceremonies during the revolution and encouraged his friends to do so. After the victory of the revolution, he participated in literacy movement classes with great effort and learned to read and write.

Ali Akbar married Peyman Moqaddas in 1983 and a year later volunteered for military service to join the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. He spent his education in Mashhad and returned to his hometown after a short vacation and said goodbye to his family.

After that, he was sent to the front as a sniper fighter from Ferdows Corps and through the 5th Nasr Division. Finally, on March 22, 1983, he was martyred on Majnoon Island after being hit by shrapnel.

The pure body of the martyr was buried in Behesht Akbar in Ferdows city after the funeral.

*** A quote from the relatives of the martyr:

“Ali Akbar worked in the construction jihad for 2 years after the victory of the revolution. Some time later, he was sent to military service through the Revolutionary Guards, and his presence in the operational areas had a great impact on his morale, making him more and more in love with the Imam and He had made a revolution. When he was on leave from the front, he spoke to us about the atmosphere on the front, as well as the crimes of Saddam and the Ba’athist enemy, and, of course, the self-sacrifice of the Islamic fighters.

In his own words, he encouraged others to take the front to defend Islam and the revolution. The last time Ali Akbar was on leave, he was so affected by the spiritual spirit of his front that he constantly talked to those around him about his reluctance to the world and his desire for the Hereafter, and ordered everyone to perform their duties and leave the taboos. It was as if the dove of his soul could no longer endure this world, and the love for the martyrdom and carpentry of the friend was rippling in his face, and so it was.

Before his leave ended, he left for the front after his last farewell with his family, and some time later, the news of his ascension to the kingdom spread in the city. “Ali Akbar turned to God lightly and lightly and was martyred.”

And my will to my dear parents, who suffered a lot at night when I was little and my father suffered a lot for me, I hope he will forgive me and forgive me if he has seen something bad and my brother will not exchange grief. Do not go and pray for me and my other wife. I hope that you will take care of my children and give me consent and be satisfied because you are satisfied. God will be satisfied and it is my will to my brothers. I hope they will forgive me and if This is a bad day they have seen me, forgive me and pray for me and ask God for forgiveness.
